- IQC11325009038, this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120-01-129-2607) for a BEARING SET, SLEEVE. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. Approved Sources: FEDERAL-MOGUL CORP GOVERNMENT (Cage 01212) P/N FP5149575 and TOGNUM AMERICA INC (Cage 72582) P/N 5149575. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery for is 108 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 4,572 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,143 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 9,144 each. The minimum delivery order is 1,143 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 4,572 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 15 DEC 11 (anticipated closing date of 16 JAN 11 ), anticipated award date is FEB 2012. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
