- The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within five days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Corporate Executive Board is considered the only source that can provide a 12-month subscription to Government Finance Roundtable. The Government Finance Roundtable is the only known firm that provides Government-specific financial focused benchmarking and research based on studies of not only the Navy but of other Federal agencies. This research is proprietary and only available via a password-restricted website. This research is the only known source that has readily available, on-demand research, studies, and reports of not only for the Navy but for other Federal Agencies. This research is not available from other firms. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541611.
