- Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Request for Proposals Attachment 4 The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for an equity and equity option market data collection and analysis solution that combines access to data services, applications, and related databases and provides SEC staff with the same speed, ease, and reliability of data collection and analysis that is available to sophisticated market participants. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 (Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items) procedures and in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial items). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The SEC does not have a preferred vendor. All entities that meet the requirements of this solicitation may submit an offer. See the Request for Proposal (RFP) attachment for all details.
