- RFQ NTSBQ120004 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Human Fatigue Factors Training for the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is NTSBQ120004. This requirement is issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools. The NTSB solicits quotes for the development and provision of Human Fatigue Factors Training in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ and RFQ Section C, Statement of Work. See the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure, including options. Training shall be delivered at the NTSB Training Center located in Ashburn, VA. The base training requirement is scheduled for January 10 - 11, 2012. Thereafter, for each option period, specific dates of training will be coordinated between the vendor and the NTSB Training Center point of contact. See the posted RFQ for a list of all applicable provisions and clauses. Quotes shall be submitted by no later than the closing date specified in block 10 of the RFQ cover page.
