- The tentative solicitation release date has been postponed. The tentative site visit has been postponed until two weeks after the solicitation release. Release date is unknown at this point but will most likely be early in 2012. Reviews have not been completed yet. PLEASE NOTE: THE SOLICITATION NUMBER WILL CHANGE TO W91ZLK-12-R-0002 WHEN RELEASED.
