DESCRIPTION: Motor Vehicle Parts The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN: 2510-01-553-4573 with an Item Description and end item. The FSC of this requirement is 2510. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a Base year and 2 option years shall not exceed 3 years. The NAICs is 336370, applicable with Small Business Size Standard 500. It is Full and Open Competition (unrestricted acquisition). The only approved source is AMERICAN DEFENSE INDUSTRIES, (31UG4). The solicitation will be available on or about December 11, 2011 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
