- Requirement will be for instructors who are certified in crossfit level 1 and will provide train-the-trainer concepts, methodologies, CrossFit foundational movements and nutrition strategies. Courses will be hands-on instruction and provide a sufficient knowledge base to students whereas students are certified as CrossFit Level 1 trainers upon completion of course. Vendor will supply their own equipment.
