- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: GA City: Atlanta Delineated Area: North-North Cliff Valley Way East-North Druid Hills Rd South- Northeast Expressway West- Briarwood Rd. NE Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 86,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 90,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 500 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 10 Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: Submit expressions of interest on locations that can meet the criteria and include the costs associated with relocating the personnel, equipment, and duplication of the current space. The rate quoted should be for fully serviced lease. Refer to project 1GA2043. Any parties submitting locations for consideration by an entity, or individual, other than the owner of record must be accompanied by documentation establishing contractual control, and/or authorization from the owner to be represented, in order to be given consideration as an expression of interest. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the [ 100/500 ] year flood plain.
