- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Government intends to issue a solicitation restricted to JLG Corporation, CAGE 1YHH8, 1 JLG Drive, McConnellsburg, PA 17233 for the All Terrain Lifting Army System (ATLAS II) contract extension. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. The Contractor shall provide for an extension of the contract listed at W56HZV07DA001. The solicitation is planned FOB Destination. The solicitation will be for a firm-fixed price 1 year requirements extension of the contract. The estimated total contract quantity will replicate ordering year five. The solicitation should appear on or about 17 JAN 2011 and will close on or about 17 FEB 2011. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. This solicitation will be issued with a scope of work that reflects the requirements and level of quality that will satisfy the Government's needs.
