- This acquisition was exempt from Pre-Synopsis IAW FAR 8.404(a). This is a GSA order for the repair of Benchtop Reconfigurable Automatic Testers (BRAT). This was awarded based on a Limited Source Justification and Approval to ATTI. The justification rationale is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specilized nature of the work. Through ATTI's GSA contract, they will provide program management, logistics servcies, repair, calibration, maintenance, and data tracking of BRAT equipment.
