- An amendment to the RFP will be posted on December 1, 2011, to increase the total quantity to 326 each and to add a 100% quantity option. The closing date is extended to December 16, 2011. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government at www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lower case) The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Business size is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside Businesses. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Priced Large Contract for a quantity of 304 each. Delivery: 192 days ARO, with 90 days for Contractor First Article and 30 days for Government testing and evaluation, for a total requested delivery of 312 days. Ship To: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy CA. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is November 03, 2011 and the closing date is December 02, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date of November 03, 2011 no earlier, this is a notification of the impending procurement, via the DLA Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet bid board system (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil, The DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on Requests For Quotations (RFQs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) Program. DIBBS also allows users to search and view Request For Proposals (RFPs), Invitations For Bid (IFBs), Awards and other procurement information related to BSM.
