- NASA/KSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercialitem/services: For one (1) Steerable Tracking Antenna, with the option to procure eitherone (1) or two (2) additonal Antennas in fiscal year 2013, for the Radio Frequency andTelemetry Station (RFTS), at Kennedy Space Center, Florida.This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334220 and 750, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFP NNK12394994P is on or about November 30, 2011, witha proposal due date of January 12, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The information for the KSC Ombudsmanis available at: http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html.The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theInternet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may beaccessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASABusiness Opportunities page is http://procurement.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/EPS/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=.Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It isthe offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of thesolicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible fordownloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
