- This synopsis is in conjunction with W52P1J-12-T-5002. The Government intends to issue a solicitation resulting in Firm Fixed Price on a Total Small Business Set Aside procurement for Type I and Type II Target Paper in accordance with MIL-P-10831B, Amendment 4. The proposed action is FFP contract with a base year and four (4) - one (1) year options. Specific information to include detailed specifications will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) that will be issued and posted to the FEDBIZOPS website at https://fbo.gov on or about 9 December 2011 and will close 30 days after the RFP issue date. Evaluation will be based off of the offeror bid sample that is able to meet MIL SPEC MIL-P-10831B, Amendment 4. Award will be based on the best overall proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. All responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at the following website: https://www.bpn.gov/ccr. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database.
