- Wage Determination Flooring Diagram This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and FAR Subparts 13.302, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54. The solicitation reference number is F4AB001270A004. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 238190. The business size standard is $14,000,000.00. This request for quotation is for flooring upgrade on Tyndall AFB. SCA and WD applies to this acquisition. See attachements All Contract Identification Line Items (CLINS) are brand name or equal. CLIN 0001: Qty 1 Lot - Flooring Upgrade: - Remove existing paint type floor finish. Coat laboratory floor with standard lab epoxy impervious to laboratory chemicals. The epoxy floor coat shall extend approximately 4 inches up the walls. No epoxy coating required under existing cabinetry.
