- The published Statement of Work (SOW) is a 'DRAFT' version for the upcoming Private Collection solicitation. Interested parties responding to this 'special notice' should be aware this is not a selection process, but is a request for information. Interested parties should provide commentary information related to the draft SOW. Additionally, interested parties should provide the labor categories and job functions necessary to accomplish the activities related to the draft SOW. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP. No particular format is required, conciseness is appreciated. See Attachment
