- Please see the answers for additional questions that were submitted by offerors prior to the November 15, 2011 close of business deadline. Please see FBO notice DACS-09-RFI-KR01 (Financial Accounting System Modernization Project) for historical information regarding this solicitation. Also, a duplicate posting of this solicitation is located at Amendment 5 of the referenced FBO Notice. The synopsis for this solicitation was also posted as Amendment 4 in the referenced FBO notice. The National Science Foundation, Division of Acquisition and Cooperative Support is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) and is soliciting both public and private offers for the acquisition of a financial system inclusive of but not limited to: implementation and integration services, hosting and application managment services, project management support, operation and maintenance support, transition services, and enhancements. The procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 12 procedures for the the acquisition of commercial items/services. DACS is anticipating to issue a single Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity or interagency agreement award on a best value trade off basis to a responsible private or public entity. The period of performance is anticipated to be 24 months for the base period inclusive of three 12-month option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541512. All interested parties are required to sumbit proposals electronically by November 30, 2011 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Please see the attachments for proposal submission instructions.
