Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Contracting Office (NCO) 15 Heartland Network intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Qwest DBA Century Link under the GSA schedule GS00T07NSD0002 for long distance services. This is notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Qwest for long distance services for VA Region 2. This agreement is for a one year base and four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
