- STATEMENT OF WORK SF1449 NOTICE CCTV SYSTEM FOR TRI-CARE 16401 E. CENTRE TECH PARKWAY AURORA, COLORADO 80111 General Services Administration Building Number: CO1846ZZ The purpose of this project is to replace the current CCTV system with new IP digital cameras, video recorder, monitors, work stations, and miscellaneous supporting equipment; to further enhance and upgrade the security posture of the facility. There are currently a total of ten cameras, three exterior fixed, three exterior pan-tilt-zooms (PTZ), and four interior fixed at the facility. All existing cameras shall be replaced and an additional eight cameras shall be installed by the contractor, for a total of eighteen cameras associated with the system. The new system shall have a total of twelve fixed cameras and six PTZ cameras, at the specified locations in section ‘4.0 Requirements/Camera Locations.' The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, and tools required to replace and upgrade the existing closed circuit television (CCTV) system, per the requirements and specifications herein.
