Combined Synopsis / Solicitation with SOW for all CLINS included. LODGING, CLIN 1 Vicinity of Luna County, NM, 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012 STATEMENT OF WORK A.1 SCOPE OF WORK A.1.1. GENERAL. Contractor shall provide lodging for up to 45 personnel from 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012. A.1.2. AREA OF OPERATION. The area of operation for lodging shall be within 25 miles of work site. The work site is approximately 5 miles from U.S. Border Patrol FOB on Rt 9, Luna County, New Mexico. A.1.3. REQUIREMENTS: A1.3.1. Contractor shall provide billeting for up to 45 personnel A.1.3.2. Contractor shall include an area for office toc, latrines, showers, bunks and able to maintain adequate quality of life. A1.3.3 Contractor shall be able to provide separate quarters for female personnel. A.1.3.4 Contractor shall provide a secure building and be approved of by JTFN Force Protection A.1.3.5 Contractor shall be responsible for providing climate controlled building for heating and cooling A.1.3.6. The contractor shall provide copies of all applicable Federal, State and or Local license, Insurance, permit, prior to acceptance of source selection process. ICE, CLIN 2 Vicinity of Luna County, NM, 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012 STATEMENT OF WORK B.1 SCOPE OF WORK B.1.1. GENERAL. Contractor shall provide ice for up to 45 personnel from 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012. B.1.2. AREA OF OPERATION. The area of operation for ice is at the lodging location. B.1.3. REQUIREMENTS: B1.3.1. Contractor shall provide two pounds of ice per person per day for up to 45 personnel for the duration of the period of performance, approximately 45 days. B.1.3.2. Ice shall be crushed and bagged B1.3.3 Ice may be in 20 or 40 lb bags B.1.3.4 Contractor shall provide storage for ice. PERSONNEL LAUNDRY, CLIN 3 Vicinity of Luna County, NM, 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012 STATEMENT OF WORK C.1 SCOPE OF WORK C.1.1. GENERAL. Contractor shall provide laundry service for up to 45 personnel starting on or about 23 Feb - 30 Mar 2012 approximately 6 weeks. C.1.2. AREA OF OPERATION. The area of operation for laundry pick up/distribution is at the lodging location. C.1.3. REQUIREMENTS: C1.3.1. Contractor shall provide laundry service to include pick up and deliver, wash, dry and fold clothing once per week for up to 45 personnel for the duration of the period of performance. C.1.3.2. Contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies to wash / dry laundry C1.3.3 Clothing may consist of both military and civilian clothing. C.1.3.4 Clothing shall be a maximum of one laundry bag per soldier per week consisting of no greater than 6 shirts, 6 pants, 6 pairs of socks, 6 undergarments, 1 washcloth and 1 towel. C.1.3.5 Contractor shall provide no greater than a two day turnaround. BEDDING LAUNDRY, CLIN 4 Vicinity of Luna County, NM, 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012 STATEMENT OF WORK D.1 SCOPE OF WORK D.1.1. GENERAL. Contractor shall provide laundry service for bedding for up to 45 beds starting on or about 23 Feb - 30 Apr 2012 approximately 6 weeks D.1.2. AREA OF OPERATION. The area of operation for laundry pick up/distribution is at the lodging location. D.1.3. REQUIREMENTS: D1.3.1. Contractor shall provide laundry service to include pick up and deliver, wash, dry and fold bedding once per week for up to 45 beds for the duration of the period of performance. D.1.3.2. Contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies to wash / dry laundry D1.3.3 Bedding shall consists of a total of 45 pillow cases and 90 sheets per week. D.1.3.4 Contractor shall provide no greater than a two day turnaround PORTABLE TOILETS Clin 5 Vicinity of Luna County, NM, 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012 STATEMENT OF WORK E.1 SCOPE OF WORK E.1.1. GENERAL. Contractor shall provide portable toilets and service units two times per week from 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012. E.1.2. AREA OF OPERATION. The area of operation for portable toilets and service of units shall be at an equipment yard along the U.S. / Mexican border, Luna County, New Mexico E.1.3. REQUIREMENTS: E.1.3.1. Contractor shall provide, five stationary portable units, two hand wash stations, two trailer mounted double units with hand wash. E.1.3.2. Contractor shall service units twice a week E.1.3.3 Contractor shall deliver, pick up and service units at equipment yard as noted to the above GPS location. E.1.3.4 Contractor shall provide all supplies for units and hand wash stations. CATERED MEAL SERVICE Clin 6 & 7 Vicinity of Luna County, NM, 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012 STATEMENT OF WORK F.1 SCOPE OF WORK F.1.1. GENERAL. Contractor shall cater / prepare breakfast and dinner meals for 40 personnel from 16 Feb - 03 Apr 2012. F.1.2. AREA OF OPERATION. The area of operation for catered meals shall be within 25 miles of work site. The work site is approximately 5 miles from U.S. Border Patrol FOB on Rt 9, Luna County, New Mexico. F.1.3. HOURS OF OPERATION. Breakfast meals shall start at 0600 hrs.and end at 0700hrs, Dinner meals shall start at 1800 hrs and end at 1900 hrs. F.1.4. REQUIREMENTS: F.1.4.1. Contractor shall provide adequate equipment and personnel to cook / prepare / serve, breakfast and dinner meals for 40 personnel in the allotted one hour time frame. F.1.4.2. Facilities of contractor to be approved by technical advisor prior to award. F.1.4.3 Contractor shall provide a one-week's meal plan every week for review to the onsite mission commander. F.1.4.4. Contractor shall have previously performed government meal contracts, with a minimum of serving 35 personnel per contract. F.1.4.5. The contractor shall provide copies of all applicable Federal, State and or Local license, Insurance, permit, and shall currently possess a food service business license for Luna County, in the state of New Mexico prior to acceptance of source selection process. F.1.4.6 Contractor shall be responsible for providing climate controlled dining facility, tables, chairs, plates, eating utensils, drinking glasses/cups, napkins and associated condiments for all meals. F.1.5. MEAL REQUIREMENTS: F.1.5.1. Breakfast meals shall offer a variety of items that include, cold cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, toast, pancakes or waffles, fruits and drinks such as milk, coffee, 100% fruit juice and water. F.1.5.2. Dinner meals shall consist of servings that include the basic food groups; grains, fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy product along with a desert and dinner drink.
