- Attachment 4 - Drawings/Plans Attachment 3 - Specifications Specifications Cover Sheet Attachment 2 - Davis-Bacon General Decision # WI100019, 11/25/11 Attachment 1 - Site Showing Meeting Access Map Solicitation, Sections C through M Price Schedule, Schedule B Solicitation, Offer, and Award-Standard Form 1442, Section A PLEASE NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. No award will be made for this project until availability of appropriated funds exists. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this project, award occurs and the Notice to Proceed is issued. Rosecke Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) Wetland Repair Project, Jefferson County, Wisconsin. The work consists of the following: • Provide materials and installation of required earthfill, breaker run rock, crushed gravel and geotextile to construct armored spillways in the locations shown on the plan • Provide materials and installation of 1710 panels of 12 ga. steel sheet piling (each panel is 5' long X 18" wide) The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Specifications/Drawings referenced in Section J, List of Documents, Exhibits, and Other Attachments. Project Period of Performance is 20 calendar days. Site showing will occur Wednesday, December 7 at 1 pm. Participants will meet at the site access point identified in Attachment 1, Site Showing Meeting Access Map. White NRCS vehicles will be visible at the site access point.
