- Sr Econ Growth Advisor, Scope of Work With considerable latitude for decision-making and exercising independent judgment, the Senior Economic Growth Advisor will be responsible for overseeing all EG aspects of the USAID/Albania program. This will require an expert and highly experienced business advisor/finance specialist/economist with a broad combination of technical, analytical and managerial abilities, combined with extensive relevant experience and excellent interpersonal and communications skills. The EG Advisor must possess outstanding professional knowledge and technical expertise in the field of economic development with regard to macroeconomic policy, private sector led growth, energy, banking, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. Specific major duties and responsibilities will involve conceptualizing, developing, implementing and monitoring of USAID EG assistance to Albania including working towards leveraging non-USAID resources to address the development needs articulated in the Mission strategy.
