- Amendment #1 is to post all Questions and Answers: Question: (1) With the solicitation, you're looking for a matrix (8 machined, stamped 13" pieces velcro strapped, 12 - 1/4" carriage bolts and wingnuts) and a mini-matrix (8 machined, stamped 6 1/2" pieces velcro strapped, 12 - #10 carriage bolts and wingnuts.) You aren't asking for DVDs, laminated cards, or the pouches with the proposal, right? Answer: (1) Yes we want the pouches too, without the logos. We do not want the cards or DVD's. Question: (2) Should the radii be.100 typ. on the mini-matrix? Answer: (2) Yes the radii can be.100 typ. Question: (3) Is it safe to assume that the 3/8" and 1/4" dimensions on the Matrix drawing can be translated to 3/16" and 1/8" respectively on the mini-matrix? Is the bolt slot 5 1/8" long on the mini-matrix? Answer: (3) The bolt slot should be between 5" to 5 1/8" long and 3/16" wide. The square openings for the carriage bolts should also be 3/16" square. Question: (4) On the Matrix and Mini-Matrix, I do not see the definition of Note 1 which seems to describe the stamped name. Do you know what the note says? Answer: (4) The Stamping on the Matrix and Mini-Matrix should be as follows: Mitchell's Matrix (M²) ATF Patent#_____. The patent number will be provided upon awarding of the contract
