- DLA Maritime Puget Sound, on behalf of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, intends to procure a Rotational Deployment Mechanism Refurbishment Kit on a sole source basis with Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price supply contract. The requirement will utilize a low-price, technically acceptable evaluation. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
