- 22 November 2011 The purpose of this announcement is to provide the date and time of the bidders site visit as follows: Monday, 12 December 2011 at 10:00am local time. Each firm is limited to two (2) representatives. Named representatives must be cleared in advance through Jon Troyer, email troyerjr@state.gov. The location of the site visit is: U.S. Embassy Diplomatic Enclave, Ramna - 5 Islamabad, Pakistan Attendance is NOT mandatory. Note that it may take months to obtain entry visas into Pakistan and so prospective bidders are advised to select representatives currently in possession of a visa or representatives that are citizens of Pakistan. The solicitation shall be posted here on FBO.gov prior to the site visit.
