- Synopsis 5 Office Build Out General Services Administration 65 Bowdoin St South Burlington, VT The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the complete build out of 5 new offices. The project is to be done in 2 phases to allow for the continuing operation of the agency and includes the following:  Repair all imperfections and return space to like new condition.  Build walls, converting open cubicle space into 5 offices.  Work will take place in 2 locations of the building, 1 office at one end, 4 at the other.  Install lighting to match existing space.  Electrical work as needed due to construction.  Sprinkler system additions as needed for new walls.  Provide all doors and hardware as needed to match existing.  Provide intrusion detection devices as needed due to construction.  Paint all walls and trim to match existing.  Provide and install carpet, in design and color as approved by the agency, as needed due to construction.  Add HVAC as needed, in a configuration to match existing.  Air Balance HVAC system in space due to construction.  Ensure all systems are connected and communicate properly with the existing EMS for the building.  Provide all equipment and personnel needed for the moving of all office furniture, materials, and equipment to accommodate the phasing of the project.  Provide As-Builts for all changes to space. In hard copy, and digital format. ACADD drawings will be provided to contractor. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for December 14th, at 10:00 am. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. Estimate cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about 12/08/2011.
