- Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease space in Houston, TX. The Government requires warehouse space yielding a minimum of 6,000 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. Minimum ABOA square feet: 6,000 Maximum ABOA square feet: 6,000 Delineated Area of the space is north from the intersection of Richey Road and FM 1960 traveling in an easterly direction to the intersection of Kenswick Drive and FM 1690. East from the intersection of Kenswick Drive to the intersection of Will Clayton Parkway, continuing south to the intersection of Lee Road and Greens Road. South from the intersection of Lee Road and Greens Road continuing past the intersection of JFK Blvd. and Greens Road to Aldine Westfield Road. West from the intersection of Aldine Westfield Road and Richey Road. Northwest from the intersection of Aldine Westfield Road and the intersection of Richey Road to the intersection of Richey Road and FM 1960. Space will be used for storage and will require an area for two employees to sit and to be temperature controlled. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully service lease is desired. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. The lease term requirement is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Estimated occupancy date is to be determined. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. · Date of space availability · Building ownership information · Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building · List of building services provided The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
