- Sample of Standard Tow Ticket Additional Clauses Instructions to Offerors Offeror's Information Page Pricing Schedule Statement of Work (SOW) The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized / forfeited vehicles in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. The United States Marshals Service, Eastern District of Wisconsin is responsible for the entire State of Wisconsin. The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The performance period is March 1, 2012 thru September 30, 2012. This solicitation is Set-aside 100% for Small Business. The response date for this solicitation will be January 25, 2012. The solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web-site: www.fbo.gov. The FedBizOpps web site provides downloading instructions. Future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FedBizOpps site.
