- PR 0043796667. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0231, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5895-00-558-5859, Diversity Switch SU. This NSN is a part numbered item and the approved source are CAGE 21856, P/N 150684 and CAGE 06481, P/N 150684. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competitive Procedures. The purchase request quantity is 20 each. A 100% quantity option applies. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 355 days. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on November 21, 2011. The solicitation issue date is December 6, 2011. The closing date is January 5, 2012. The estimated award date is February 2, 2012.
