- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with ITT Enidine, Orchard Park, NY, for the procurement of High Energy Rope Mount (HERM) Shock and Vibration Isolators for Shipboard Shock and Vibration Isolation in support of the LAMPS (Light Airborne Multi-Purpose System) Program. Part No. HR80091, HR 16, 8.0 Series Shock isolators from ITT Enidine meet the required MIL-S-901D standard and have successfully passed barge testing. The requirement is for a five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a minimum quantity of 5 EA and maximum quantity of 306 EA. FOB is destination. Ship to Commander, NAWCAD, ATTN: Receiving Officer, B 8115, 17598 Webster Field Rd., St. Inigoes, MD 20684-4013. The Government does not have the data rights for this item. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
