- RFQ Lab Coat Rental and Laundering Services The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 1 Boston, requires Laboratory Coat Rental and Cleaning Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. The Government may contact Offerors to clarify information to better understand their quotes or to request information that appears to be inadvertently omitted. Please see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and associated clause list.
