- Market Research Survey Questionnaire for RFI #12021 (USDA NRCS MO WR PEVS I). ----------------------------------------------- START OF REQUEST FOR INFORMATION SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ----------------------------------------------- TITLE: WATER RESOURCES (WR) PROGAM AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (PEVS), GENERATION I, FOR USDA NRCS MISSOURI *REFERENCE NUMBER: 12021__USDA-NRCS-MO-WR-PEVS-I GENERAL DESCRIPTION: USDA NRCS Missouri is currently gathering market research for commercial sources that would be capable of performing Environmental Search Services, Closing Services and/or Title Search Services within the State of Missouri. Relevant NAICS codes are as follows...531390 and 541620. Relevant SIC codes are as follows...8999 and 6541. Relevant Product/Service codes are as follows...F113, F110 and R404. Information gathered as a result of this Sources Sought Synopsis may be utilized by NRCS Missouri in the future to further define Government requirements, solicit offers and award numerous, federal, multiple-year, Indefinite-Delivery, commercial, performance-based service contracts under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, interested commercial sources may submit company literature (i.e. pamphlets, flyers, prospectus, etc.) to NRCS Missouri regarding a firm's qualifications or capabilities to perform any of the services identified above under GENERAL DESCRIPTION. If interested, hard copy or electronic documentation should be submitted to either NRCS MO procurement official identified below via email, fax or mail. 2. NRCS Missouri is compiling a source list for this acquisition. If any source would like to be included on this list of interested parties, please send a request via email to either NRCS MO procurement official identified below containing the company name, company point of contact, company POC phone number, company POC email address and company address. 3. NRCS MO prepared a market survey questionnaire that commercial sources may complete and return via fax, mail or email if a firm is interested in further demonstrating their capabilities or experience in response to this Sources Sought Synopsis. If interested, complete the attached questionnaire entitled WR PEVS I Market Research Survey, Version 2.0, dated 21 Nov 11, accordingly, sign, date and return the completed document to any of the NRCS MO procurement officials identified below via email, fax or mail. **DEADLINE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2011, 4:00 P.M. CENTRAL TIME (CDT)** NOTE: This Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) posting shall be considered a Sources Sought Synopsis or Request for Information only.
