- 1. This acquisition is unrestricted, however, this solicitation includes clauses authorized for the purpose of construction effort in Japan: FAR 52.236-7 (Modified IAW AFFARS 5336.507, to read "Government of Japan") and DFARS 252.225-7042, under which offerors are required to be the firms that have been registered and hold a Construction Contractor License under the law of Japan. 2. IAW Solicitation Section L, AFFARS 5352.215-9001, a pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be conducted. Offerors are encouraged to participate this conference. In order for you to attend the conference, you must contact POC: Koichi Naraoka, e-mail koichi.naraoka.jp@yokota.af.mil or Commercial Tel No. 042-552-1046 prior to COB 28 Nov 2011, 1130 hours, Japan local time. 3. This project requires cleaning, civil work, and work on exterior and interior of Dwelling Units at Camp Zama, Sagamihara Family Housing Area and Sagami General Depot, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan
