Description

Abbreviated Justification and Approval For Sole Source MYP III NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification to NAVAIR contract N00019-09-C-0019 to Boeing of St. Louis, MO, 63166 for the Over and Above Tooling Repair or Replace Effort associated with the Multi-Year Procurement (MYP) contract, N00019-0-C-0019. This effort will be procured on a sole sourece basis. Boeing is the sole designed, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, tools, processes, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within the projected timeline. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, tools, processes, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
