- The purpose of this amendment is to revise the SOW as follows: 1.Service coverage is 24x7 2.The Period of Performance for the base year will begin 12/1/2011 3.The Preventative Maintenance schedule for the base year is moved to December, due to late contract start date 4.Semi-annual operational tests for the vaporizers is removed from the Statement of Work All changes to the SOW are denoted with a line.
