- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories (FEHRL). FHWA's participation as an associate in the FEHRL will improve the ability and efficiency to coordinate and collaborate on international road research. FEHRL is considered the only source for this membership. All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The proposed action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the total estimated value is not to exceed $30,000; the anticipated award date is December, 2011.
