- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-12-R-2224 on a sole-source basis to Midnight Express Powerboats Inc. of Hollywood, FL to repair one (1) Midnight Express Interceptor Patrol Boat. Midnight Express Powerboats Inc. will provide services and materials required to open, inspect, and repair the boat, as well as execute testing, trials, depreservation of the boat in preparation for transportation, and perform in-country reactivation. Midnight Express Powerboats Inc. is the only source with the Midnight Express Interceptor Patrol Boat data rights necessary to perform repairs as directed by the Columbian Government through a foreign military case. This firm has the requisite background knowledge and experience required. See Numbered Note 22*****.
