- National Menu RFQP0217120002 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Philadelphia, PA intends to issue solicitation RFQP02171200002 for the requirement of FY 12, 2nd QUARTER SUBSISTENCE/MEATS/FROZEN. *Please note National Menu Specification Quote Sheet for All ITEMS that list sheet as a reference. For ALL OTHER ITEMS use the description of the items listed on the solicitation. This is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410 which contain a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery between January 01, 2012 thru March 31, 2012. Anything shipped prior or after will be returned at vendor’s expense. Food Service Administrator must be contacted prior to delivery for approval or adjustments in delivery schedule. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Detention Center 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pa. 19106 in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror’s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and Price will be considered. The solicitation is made available on November 15, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date for receipt of quotes is December 2, 2011. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. DO NOT CHANGE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SOLICITION OR QUOTE MAY BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. If packing is different also include an each, gallon, or pounds item cost to have your quote for that item considered. FDC PHILADELPHIA RESERVES THE RIGHT UPON INSPECTION TO RETURN THE ITEM/S IF THEY ARE DAMAGED OR NOT TO SPECIFICATIONS AS LISTED IN THE SOLICITATION.
