Please respond to the point of contact either by email or phone if you are a small business and would be able to provide this service as described by the text below. This notice is to determine if there are any small business concerns that can provide the following service: This is not a request for quote/proposal. This service contract is for the removal of general waste and construction waste generated by the Medical Center throughout the year. Services for the Medical Center, located at 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220: A.Government Owned Waste Compactor: 1)Will provide service for the picking up and dumping of waste compactor of approximately thirty (30) cubic-yards in size. 2)Will perform the pickup on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 6am and 8am (YEARLY = 156 TIMES) 3)If government owned waste compactor becomes inoperable the contractor will provide a substitute to include the set up and removal. 4)The waste compactor is located at the left side of the dock area. B.Contractor Provided One Thirty-Yard Roll Off Dumpster: 1)The rental/lease of a thirty-yard roll off dumpster to be used for construction waste as well as other general waste. 2)Pick-ups will be needed throughout the year on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 6 am and 8 am (YEARLY = 156 TIMES). The COTR, or his/her designee will place calls for pickups, and pickup will be completed within twenty-four hours of call, Monday through Friday between 6am and 6pm. 3)The thirty-yard roll off dumpster will be located at the warehouse dock. C.Contractor Provided Three Six-Yard Dumpsters: 1)The rental/lease of three six-yard dumpsters. 2)The pickup days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 6am and 8pm (YEARLY = 156 TIMES) 3)The locations for the three dumpsters will be BLDG. 7, BLDG. 18, and the parking lot by BLDG. C. D.Contractor Provided Two Eight-Yard Dumpsters: 1)The rental/lease of two eight-yard dumpsters. 2)The pickup days will be five days a week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 6am and 8am. (YEARLY = 260 TIMES) 3)The location of these will be at BLDG. 19 & BLDG. 24. Services for VA Fitzsimmons Clinic, 13529 East 17th Place, Aurora, CO 80045: A.Contractor Provided one six-yard Dumpster: 1)The rental/Lease of one six -yard dumpster. 2)The pickup day will be Friday between the hours of 6am and 8am. 3)The location will be in the parking lot of the VA Fitzsimmons clinic.
