Description

STATEMENT OF WORK - WIDEN DOORWAY ON 7 EAST PROJECT # 170 10/6/2011 1.General a.The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and permits to widen doorway to room C2-03. Any work determined by the COTR as having a significant impact on the daily operations of the facility shall be conducted on an after-hours schedule. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. In the event of a discrepancy, the VA Specifications shall take precedence. All federal, state, and local code/regulations/standards shall be followed. b.Work will generally involve removal of existing door/frame, block wall demo to widen doorway, welded door frame and door installation, trim work, floor tile repair, relocation of light switch, and construction of ICRA barrier. c.Asbestos abatement related to removal of floor tile
