- PWS - ASPEX eXpress SEM/EDS System Microscope, Serial # 08550 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal services to provide schedule preventive maintenance, calibration, certification and unscheduled emergency repair Services for ASPEX eXpess SCANNING Electron Microscope/Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (SEM/EDS) instrument system Serial Number: 08550. Period of Performance: Basic Contract Period and four (4) one year options. Qty: 1Lot prepared IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a seperate solitication will not be issued. NAICS: 334516 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 EMPLOYEES. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Requested Period of Performance is 16 Dec 2011 through 15 Dec Nov 2012. In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov.
