- FAI FY 2012 2ND QTR FS SUBISTENCE The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Fairton, New Jersey, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02041200001 for the requirement of SECOND Quarter Subsistence FY 2012 (Kosher, Meat, Frozen, and Dry). This is a 100 small business set aside. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery on JANUARY 02, 2012 thru JANUARY 17, 2012, 1. Any items shipped prior or after will be returned at vendor's expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey 08320, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible Vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance (POOR PAST PERFORMACE,FAILURE DELIVER AWARDED ITEMS IN THE PAST, MAY RESULT WITH THE VENDORS QUOTES BEING CONSIDERED A NONRESPOSIBLE VENDOR) and price will be considered. Please included shipping in all pricing. Piggy back offers will be considered Non-Responsive. The solicitation will be made available on or about NOVEMBER 15, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes NOVEMBER 30, 2011 COB. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
