- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) at Fort Huachuca, AZ, has a requirement for Visual Studio 2010 training. Topics that shall be included in the training are specified in the attached solicitation. Training will take place at a classroom provided by Electronic Proving Grounds (EPG) on Ft. Huachuca, AZ, and EPG will provide required audio visual needs and internet access. VTC capabilities are not available. Alternately, the vendor may provide a classroom in the local Ft. Huachuca/Sierra Vista area that adequately services up to 20 students and has remote access capability. Some attendees will attend the course at remote locations. Whether the training is provided in a classroom provided by EPG on Ft. Huachuca, AZ, or in a vendor-provided classroom, the vendor must have the capability for attendees at remote locations to access all materials, participate in hands-on activities and complete training coursework as if on-site. SLIN 0001AA Visual Studio 2010 Training for 20 participants. Training shall take place prior to 31 Dec 2011. SLIN 0001AB (Option) Visual Studio 2010 Training for 20 participants.
