- The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) has a requirement for a Single Award Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 16.5 for Dental Delivery Systems in support of the Department of the Navy (DoN) Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Hospital Ships and the Fleet. The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to release a solicitation N62645-12-R-0009 in mid December 2011. The requirement will have a 5 year ordering period. The requirement will be fulfilled via an unrestricted, full and open competitive acquisition. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339114 with a size standard of 500. The pre-solicitation notice will be issued is by electronic means only - no hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all amendments will be posted on the Navy Electronic Business Opportunities (NECO) web site at https://www.neco.navy.mil which will upload to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov. It will also be posted on the Naval Medical Logistics Command ™s web site at http://www.nmlc.med.navy.mil. To receive consideration, Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration and have completed the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Telephone requests will not be accepted.
