- RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. The procurement was made under the Region 6 Design-Build (D-B) IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract. The Federal Service Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. The work under this task order includes, but is not limited to the design, removal and replacement of two (2) air handling units utilizing variable speed drives. Work will include the modification of the associated air distribution to utilize new variable air volume zone boxes with heating capability via the building's hot water heating system, as well as providing new digital controls compatible with the existing control system. Optimization will include re-commissioning, enthalpy economization, chilled water resets, heat pump replacement/repair, reset operation schedules, changing perimeter radiator controls to indoor air, installation of new temperature controls, providing wet-bulb reset, and the installation of demand control ventilation sensors.
