Description

Part II Solicitation Part I Solicitation Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reserves the right to make multiple award under RFP-OSCU-TD2WP7101 for a fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract. The anticipated period of performance will be for one (1) base year and four (4) possible one-year options. The contractor will provide commercial, "off-the-shelf".40 caliber ammunition compatible with pistols currently used by the FBI. Offers are to be received no later than January 3, 2012, at 2:00 PM (EST) to Point of Contact (POC) Jennifer R. Unger, Contracting Officer, Federal Bureau of Investigation, 170 Marcel Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 or Jennifer.Unger@ic.fbi.gov with reference to RFP-OSCU-TD2WP7101. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332992 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at (www.ccr.gov). The anticipated award date is on or about April 1, 2012. The notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov).
