- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Carbon Filtration Unit replacement. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This requirement will be solicited on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) complete small business set-aside basis with one (1) base period and four (4) option years. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N00253-12-T-0010 is attached to this announcement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333319 and has a size standard of 500. Offerors shall provide FOB Origin pricing. The RFQ is posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at www.neco.navy.mil and is also available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from these websites and to frequently monitor the sites for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. The closing date of the solicitation is 30 November 2011 by 02:00 P.M, Pacific Standard Time. Offerors must be currently registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (CCR).
