- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: 1. REPLACE THE TABLE OF CONTENTS WITH THE ATTACHED REVISION. 2. DELETE SECTION 1451, CONTRACTOR QUALITY CONTROL. 3. ADD SECTION 01 35 26 GOVERNMENT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. 4. REVISE SECTION 0800, CLAUSE 952.999-4502 MAX/MIN CONTRACT VALUE. THE NUMBER OF CONTRACT DAYS IS 420 DAYS. THE CONTRACT CAPACITY IS CHANGED FROM $4,000,000.00 TO $6,000,000.00. 5. REVISE SECTION 01000, ITEM NO. 12 DESIGNATION OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. REVISE ITEM. NO. 22.2.3 - DELETE "OPTION ITEM NO.1" VERBIAGE. SEE ATTACHED REVISIONS. ---------------------------NO OTHER CHANGES AUTHORIZED----------------------
