- Special Maintenance Project Form Past Performance Questionaire Past Performance Info Wage Determination OPLAN Inventory Performance Work Statement FA5000-12-R-0002 Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska intends to award a Firm-Fixed price contract for Oil Water Separator Maintenance Services. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, parts, material, and equipment necessary to perform the required services. Work shall comply with government and commercial standards for maintenance and repair of these units as well as all federal, state, and local requirements that apply. Period of performance will be a nine month base period and two one-year options. Anticipated start date is 1 January 2012. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 562998 with a small business size standard of $7M. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for contract award.
