- Restrictive Compliance Documents Request For Proposal (RFP) This is a Solicitation announcement. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting qualified Small Business concerns for the procurement of Space Technology Research and Integrated Vehicle Experiments (STRIVE) for the Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Vehicles Directorate (AFRL/RV) located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. Please see the attached RFP for complete information regarding this announcement. This solicitation to include terms and conditions supersedes all previously posted documents in their entirety.
