- Requirements Document for Tungsten Heavy Alloy Slabs Quality Requirements for Tungsten Heavy Alloy Slabs National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec), under contract to the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office, is seeking sources for a 5-year task order subcontract to provide tungsten heavy alloy (WHA) slabs. POTENTIAL OFFERORS WILL BE PRE-QUALIFIED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SOLICITATION PROCESS VIA RESPONSE TO THIS FBO SOURCES SOUGHT POSTING.
